Membership in the International Association of Lung Cancer is open to any physician or member of the health professions or scientist interested in lung cancer. There are two classes of membership - Regular members and Senior members.
Regular Members - Regular membership shall be accompanied by a completed membership form and payment of annual membership dues. Any regular member may resign from membership at any time by delivering written notice of resignation to the Assocation, but a resigning member shall not be entitled to a refund of any dues paid.
Senior Members - Senior membership may be attained by a person who has been a Regular member for 10 or more years and who has attained age 65. Any person desiring to become a Senior member shall apply by contacting an administrator by either fax, email, phone, or submit a letter.
Fellows - Regular members with Fellowship status must submit a signed letter stating the term dates of their Fellowship from their department in order to take advantage of the complimentary membership IASLC offers to Clinical Fellows.
Allied Professionals - Regular members who are nurses, pharmacists, advocates, and related professionals may have the option of choosing online-only membership at a reduced rate.

Reduced IASLC Fee for Members from Developing Countries
The IASLC Board of Directors decided to offer members from developing countries a reduced membership fee of US$50.00 per year. Members will have full membership rights, as well as free access to the online version of the Journal of Thoracic Oncology (JTO). Reduced fee membership will not received a printed version of the JTO.
