Small Cell Lung Cancer Workshop
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a lethal form of cancer for which treatment has not changed in the past 30 years. On March 15-17, 2017, the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) will host an SCLC Workshop at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, New York.
More than 50 experts will discuss recent developments in the field, including genomic studies on human tumors, the generation and analysis of novel models to study SCLC, the identification of biomarkers of cancer initiation and response to treatment, and the development of novel targeted therapies, including immunotherapies.
