IASLC 2019 Board of Directors Election - Call for Nominations
It is time to submit your nominations of candidates to stand for election for the IASLC Board of Directors. Member engagement is critical to the success of the IASLC and the Board relies upon your recommendations for strong candidates.
Only active members in good standing may submit nominations. Self-nominations from active members in good standing are also welcome.
To submit nominations, send names and the institutional affiliation for each, indicating whether you have contacted the nominee, so that a member of the Nominating Committee can follow up with the nominee accordingly to confirm interest. Self-nominees can simply indicate their interest. Two letters of support from a colleague are required for self-nominators, and one letter of support is required for others. An individual may only nominate or support one candidate for the President-Elect position, and may only nominate or support one candidate for the Board member at large positions.
Nominations must be received by 9:00 p.m. MDT Monday, March 25, 2019. The Nominating Committee will review all nominations and confirm a slate of nominees with the current Board of Directors. An election ballot will be circulated to members on or about May 15, 2019.
