Race for Breath 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Walk, and Kid's Fun Run aims to raise the public’s awareness regarding lung cancer and provide hope for those impacted by the disease. Proceeds will benefit Lung Cancer Alliance, the only national non-profit organization dedicated to providing information, support and advocacy for people living with lung cancer and those at risk for the disease.
The race will be held at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, 24th Street at Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA and will take place on the boardwalk. On-site registration begins at 7:30am, the 5K starts at 9:00am, and the 1 mile walk and Kids Fun Run both start at 9:45am.

Join almost 2,000 runners, lung cancer survivors and their families, along with representatives of the leading Chicago hospitals, to participate in the 9th Annual Astellas Oncology Chicago Lung Run—a 10K, 5K and 1 mile walk and rally that will be held at Chicago’s beautiful Montrose Harbor. Support lung cancer research and enjoy a great day on the lakefront by starting a team, joining a team or joining as an individual.
