This year’s congress theme, “Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future in Oncology,” invites us to reflect on the pioneering efforts from the 17th & 18th centuries that laid the groundwork for today’s medical and clinical oncology. As we gather to discuss the future of cancer treatment, we also pay homage to the trailblazers who have paved the path we walk today. In addition to honoring the history of oncology, we are dedicating our congress halls to the monumental figures who initiated major strides in this field: At AAICC 2025, we are bringing together leaders in oncology, research, clinical practice, and advocacy, all united under a shared mission to improve patient outcomes. This congress promises to be an enriching experience, featuring a robust lineup of scientific sessions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities. With topics ranging from groundbreaking research to innovative treatment modalities, we aim to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange that will propel us forward in the battle against cancer. Looking ahead to 2026, we are setting our sights on futuristic approaches to cancer treatment. With advances in technology and personalized medicine, the future holds promising potential for revolutionizing how we understand and combat cancer.
