ASTRO 2017: Lung Cancer Highlights

Overview

This webinar will review selected presentations made at the 2017 ASTRO Annual Meeting that address the evolving role of radiation therapy in the treatment of lung malignancies. Current standards of care in the management of lung malignancies will be examined with an emphasis on developments in the field of radiation oncology. New, evolving and innovative approaches in the practice of radiotherapy as it applies to the treatment of lung tumors will be identified and appraised.  Areas of clinical research most likely to impact treatment and improving outcomes in patients with lung malignancies will also be discussed.
