Managing Clinical and Translational Research During COVID

Overview

This webinar utilizes a team approach to explore challenges and provide best practices for conducting clinical and translational research during the COVID pandemic.  A multidisciplinary faculty composed of physician researchers, a nurse clinical coordinator, a patient advocate and a pharmaceutical company representative will discuss the following topics:  review and implementation of federal and international COVID guidelines, best practices for keeping clinical trials accessible to patients and labs open, best practices for study coordination and team wellness, and the effect of COVID on patients.  Afterwards there will be time for discussion and Q & A.

Format: 1 hour and 15 minute webinar: Five multidisciplinary faculty will present, followed by a panel discussion and Q and A.
